Site supervisors are now becoming the eyes and ears on site to ensure that contractors, subcontractors or the general workforce are implementing the controls necessary to meet their obligations.
Failing to meet these obligations can often lead to an increased risk of incidents or a breach in legislation or contractual requirement.
QEM Solutions have acted as site supervisors, site assurance managers (SAM's), project assurance controllers (PAC's) for both client and contractors, protecting the interests of both parties.
